Meet the Founder.
All The Same was founded by Vivian Ho, whose passion for service stems from her childhood in a low-income immigrant household. After moving to the United States at 8 years old, Vivian lived in a home where 8 family members relied on a single income while navigating language barriers and limited access to resources. Seeing firsthand how easily families can fall through the cracks inspired her to build the support system her own family once needed. Through All The Same, Vivian works to restore dignity and stability to families facing similar challenges and to remind them that they are not alone.
The Idea.
All the Same's Giving Tree Program expands its impact by creating a direct and ongoing support system for underserved households across the United States. Each participating family receives bi-monthly, customized care packages tailored to their specific needs, allowing the program to address both immediate challenges and long-term stability. Led by a structured youth leadership team and supported through partnerships, supply drives, and fundraising, the program aims to serve 75–150 households within six months while continuing to grow a sustainable network of support for families in need.
