Junior Journalist Organization

Junior Journalists is a free, student-run after-school program that partners with local elementary schools around Florida to help kids build confidence in writing and storytelling. Over six weeks, students create their own portfolios, learn the basics of journalism, and practice real writing skills that they don’t always get time for in class. The program especially serves Title I schools, giving young students a creative space, consistent mentorship, and the chance to share their ideas with pride.
